Unfortunately copters, if you read the description of Bokha's picture, the pic. was taken while B2 was alive, so it had been a while..Not very recent

This trip to Bandhavgarh was my first one. Unfortunately I was late to be able to see the legendary B2. When we enquired about Bokha we were told he was not seen for the last six months or so. When we were in Magadhi one day we were told that a male was sitting on the roadside and was most probably the Chorbehra male. When we went out to see him he was identified as Bokha based on the V cut on his ear and the heart shaped stripe on the right side of the face. It helps to have someone as knowledgeable as Sachin Rai with you!

Also, read his comment: @Siddhesh - He is not doing very good. He had a completely lacerated right shoulder area. Probably from a fight with another male. He was limping badly and was treated the next day. We saw him two days later as well and he did not look very good.

Otherwise it is rare to spot him out in the open.

Sad what is happening to these legends, but it's called life. Soon, there will be a whole new era of legends forming, and then they will die out as well. I remember Charger in the 90's, around when I started even studying tigers, but he's far gone.

I see the new legends forming already...Bamera, Wagdoh, etc.

And after them..I'm sure Ookhan will be a new contestant.

Question to you guys -- do you think any of the new tigers will top Wagdoh in size? Personally, I have doubts.

I don't think any of those males are his size..but Bamera would be the closest. And in the German version of the doc. he was estimated to be 350kg (Wagdoh was)

Completely agree, copters. But with the way things are going, I doubt they will have a chance to weigh some of the monsters in Assam, and known males like Wagdoh, Bamera, Khali, etc.
